Shipping and returns

Every hat is made after you order it — stitched thread for The Classic, a full-color print for The Loud One. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why a neighborhood can have its own design at all, and also why it is not next-day delivery.

How long it takes

Your hat is made after you order it. Production plus transit inside the US usually runs about one to two weeks.

Where you check out

Payment happens on Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Card details never touch our servers. Each hat is then made to order by our US production partner, who ships it and emails you tracking.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $4.49 per order within the United States. One hat or five. We ship within the United States only right now.

Returns

If a hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, reply to your order confirmation within 30 days with a photo and it gets replaced or refunded. You do not need to ship the damaged one back.

Because each hat is made for one specific order, we cannot take returns for a change of mind. One size, adjustable snapback, so fit is rarely the problem.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. A package returned as undeliverable can be reshipped, but you will be charged shipping the second time.
